1 General Information

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph1234 ("ph1234," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph1234.club and its associated mobile applications.

ph1234 is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under the applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations. ph1234 is authorised to offer online casino games, live dealer games, bingo, slot games, and related gaming services to eligible players within the Philippines.

By accessing ph1234, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the ph1234 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a ph1234 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the ph1234 platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) capable of entering into binding legal agreements under Philippine law.

ph1234 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified to meet the eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances returned less applicable transaction costs, at ph1234's discretion.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each eligible player may hold only one (1) ph1234 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph1234 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. ph1234 relies on the accuracy of this information to fulfil its PAGCOR licensing obligations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph1234 login credentials. ph1234 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ph1234 account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) where available;
• Notify ph1234 support immediately upon suspicion of unauthorised access to your account;
• Log out of your ph1234 account on shared or public devices.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ph1234 is required under its PAGCOR licence to verify the identity of all players before permitting withdrawals and, in certain cases, before permitting real-money gameplay. You must provide valid Philippine government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by ph1234's compliance team within a reasonable time.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

ph1234 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (Cliqq), Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of accepted payment methods is displayed in your ph1234 account dashboard at the time of deposit.

All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made via cryptocurrency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

ph1234 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. ph1234 does not accept deposits from third parties — your payment method must be registered in your own name.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ph1234 account are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control. ph1234 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts withdrawing via GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Your ph1234 account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus forfeited before funds subject to those requirements become withdrawable;
• ph1234 may request additional identity documentation for withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds, as required under its PAGCOR AML obligations;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed in the withdrawal interface;
• ph1234 reserves the right to apply a processing hold of up to 24 hours on withdrawals for additional security review, particularly for accounts with unusual transaction patterns.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph1234 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms disclosed at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage as stated in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Abuse: ph1234 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of software errors, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each ph1234 account is eligible for each promotion once only. ph1234 uses identity verification to enforce this restriction.

7 Gameplay Rules

ph1234's individual games are governed by the specific game rules published within each game interface. In cases of conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for gameplay purposes. The following general gameplay conditions apply to all ph1234 games:

• All game results are final once confirmed on the ph1234 server. A result confirmed on-screen constitutes the official outcome regardless of what the player's device displays in the event of a connection failure.
• In the event of a system error, malfunction, or interrupted game round, ph1234 will void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to your balance. No other compensation is payable in respect of a technical failure.
• ph1234 slot games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce outcomes that cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino game results are determined by physical dealer action observable in the live video stream. ph1234 is not responsible for player misreading of game outcomes as displayed on-screen.
• ph1234 reserves the right to suspend gameplay in any game at any time for technical maintenance, regulatory compliance, or security reasons.

8 Responsible Gaming

ph1234 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in compliance with its PAGCOR licensing obligations. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph1234 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph1234 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to access or interact with ph1234 games or services;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in any game to gain an advantage that the game design did not intend;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity in relation to ph1234 games;
• Registering more than one ph1234 account, or using another player's account;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any activity that would constitute an offence under the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related regulations;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith;
• Using the ph1234 platform for commercial purposes including operating an unlicensed gambling enterprise using ph1234 services as a backend;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph1234 staff or other players through any communication channel.

ph1234 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section, suspend accounts during investigation, and permanently terminate accounts upon confirmation of prohibited conduct. In such cases, any balance in the affected account may be forfeited and the matter reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities as required.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph1234 platform — including but not limited to the ph1234 brand, logo, game interfaces, graphics, software code, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of ph1234 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in ph1234's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any ph1234 content without the prior written authorisation of ph1234. Unauthorised use of ph1234 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph1234's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the ph1234 platform shall not exceed the amount of your actual deposits that remain in your ph1234 account balance at the time the claim arises, less any applicable bonus-related restrictions.

ph1234 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Interruptions to the ph1234 service caused by circumstances beyond ph1234's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure, third-party infrastructure failure, or internet service disruption;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the ph1234 platform that was inaccurate due to a technical error, provided that ph1234 acts reasonably to correct such errors upon discovery.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ph1234 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the requested timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion;
• PAGCOR instruction or regulatory requirement;
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed for cause), ph1234 will return any available balance less applicable transaction costs to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification requirements.

Upon closure of an account for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct), ph1234 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and to forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the specific breach involved.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with ph1234, you must first contact ph1234 customer support to allow ph1234 the opportunity to resolve the matter directly. ph1234 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and ph1234, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant licensing and regulatory authority. ph1234 is required to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of the ph1234 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You and ph1234 submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any legal disputes arising hereunder, without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph1234 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to active account holders via the email address or mobile number registered to their ph1234 account, and/or via a notice displayed upon login to the ph1234 platform, with a minimum advance notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the ph1234 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ph1234 and may close your account by contacting ph1234 support.
